Hickinbotham Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Colour: Deep blackened crimson

Nose: An impressively sophisticated bouquet featuring powerful yet restrained varietal undertones has a lifted perfume that floats out the glass and lures the taster. The black fruit core is amazingly pure and awash with notes of graphite, incense and espresso crème; all the meanwhile a slight smokiness and mineral driven mystique engages the taster.

Palate: Despite the majesty and slightly closed composure the Hickinbotham Cabernet Sauvignon offers a truly hedonistic experience early in its life with soft edges and engaging depth of character. Incredible balance carries the powerful yet classy intensity seamlessly. The polished and seductively complex tannins transmit a prolonged delivery of concentration with svelte–like definition. It breathes charisma and sophistication. A stunningly dense yet precociously balanced old world style that will evolve for another 40  years.

Alcohol: 14.0%
